āļø Production Update
In case you missed it, last month we shared GIFs of some of our favourite components from the pre-production sample of the game.
As we mentioned in that update, there were a few small tweaks to be made, and over the last month the team at Hopes have been hard at work creating an updated sample.Ā
We're very excited to hear that they will be bringing it to us at UKGE (more on that below), so we'll be able to review the alterations and share more images with you! š¤©
š« Meet Us at UK Games Expo: Stand 2-522!
Weāll be attending UK Games Expo (UKGE) again this year, where weāll have Cosmoctopus: Beyond the Inky Realm on display alongside some of our past and upcoming projects, including Cult of the Lamb: The Board Game.
UKGE takes place at the NEC in Birmingham from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st May. If youāre attending, come by and say hello at stand 2-522; weād love to meet fellow Devotees!

This week, we received a pre-production sample of the game from Hopes. While there are a few small tweaks still to be made, weāre really happy with how everything is progressing overall. Below are some of our favourite components - enjoy! š¤©
Foiled Devotee cards - these 4 are the alt-art First Contact cards by Judson Cowan, designer and artist of Deep Regrets, but all Devotee cards will be foiled!

š ICYMI: Prismoctopus Plushie!
In case you missed last monthās update, here are some new shots of the Prismoctopus plushie; weāre really happy with how it turned out! This keeps āaccidentallyā ending up on different peopleās desks in the office, so clearly itās a hitā¦ a fantastic desk companion, and very satisfying to squish. šš

Ā āļøProduction Update - with Plushies!
Huge thanks to those backers who provided feedback on the rulebook last month- all print files are now with Hopes games and the final eProofs have been approved!Ā
Hopes are currently working on a pre-production sample copy of the game for us to check before we proceed to manufacturing. In the meantime, they've sent us a sample of the Prismoctopus plushies and we are very happy with how Prismo turned out! šš

At the time of writing, 92% of backers have completed their surveys on BackerKit. Weāre closing the pledge manager on in 48 hours, so if you havenāt already,Ā you need to take action nowĀ to ensure that you get your rewards. Once the pledge manager closes, you wonāt be able to update your order, but youāll still be able to change your address in the event of a move. Weāll be charging cards for shipping (plus any items added in the pledge manager) on 31st March; weāll warn you about this via KS update and also via BackerKit email.
šāReminder for AppleID Users:
If you pledged to the campaign using AppleID (i.e. using aĀ @privaterelay.appleid.comĀ email address), it will cause issues receiving emails from BackerKit. If you have used AppleID, please email us ASAP at hello@paperfortgames with your name, Kickstarter pledge number (which can be found in your Kickstarter pledge confirmation email) and an alternative email address; weāll change it for you.Ā
